When I got home I noticed a $32.91 surcharge. No one mentioned this. It was apparently a 3% charge for Visa to pay. The problem I have with this is no one told me there was going to make me pay for their cost of doing business. Not before the wor was done or after when I was paying.

Called on a Thursday, needed a four wheel alignment and a mount and balance. I never asked for a specific date or time but was told I could bring it in the following Tuesday (5 days later). Was asked to drop it off as early as possible. Tuesday morning rolls around and I walk in at 8:05am. Tell the gentleman at the counter I have an appointment for an alignment and mount and balance....im not on the schedule....he asked who I spoke too, "Kevin", the general manager apparently. Never wrote me down. Counter man took the keys and I left my phone number. I call back later that day around 4pm, ask about the progress..."Well....to be completely honest sir we're not gonna get to it today." So, I've asked my wife to change her schedule to follow me there, I change my schedule to drop it off on the day they OFFERED me, held up my end and told after I HAD TO CALL that it wouldn't be done. Now, by 4pm you'd know if you're gonna have time..couldn't call me and say hey bud, sorry things happened and it'll be another day..I'd totally understand and have no issue with it. In any case, I came back that afternoon and got my keys and took my truck to a shop that did the work the day they said they w

I needed a set of tires immediately and on a budget. This store was able to quote me on budget, super friendly and informative, on a busy Saturday and have it done by close. Best customer service around!! Car expenses are hard enough..and being treated like trash makes it so much harder. This store was a delight and so respectful! They even had a wonderful play area for my kids. I couldn't recommend them more!! Thank you!!!

I bought tires from them in June 2021. Overall, I was happy with the service and quality of the work. The only reason I'm giving two stars is I just found out that they switched my OE lug nuts to a larger socket size. I know this for fact because I've done my own maintenance on my truck over the years and used my own tools, such as the lug wrench that came with the truck. About 6 months prior to getting the new tires, I replaced my brake pads and used the lug wrench to remove the tires. Recently, I was in the process of replacing my rotors and new brake pads and tried to use my lug wrench, but it wouldn't fit. The original size used a 3/4" socket, now it's about a 21.5 or 22mm. I'm having trouble trying to find the right fit. I would have been OK with the change in size IF they would have told me. IF I had been told, I would have made sure to have the correct tools in my truck in case of an emergency. I'm grateful I haven't had an incident over the last few years where I would have had to use my spare tire. If you replace the lug nuts on someone's vehicle, and especially if the socket size changes, you need to let them know so they have the proper tools in case of an emergency.

Family been going here for 8yrs dealing donne and Kevin done tones of work on other vehicles all checked out good. We recently just took my camaro there and silverado that both still have repetitive issues one not fixing the issue charged 576 or more to put the starter on that been tested at both advance and oreilys passing. We drove the truck off the lot and parked it at the house to go on vacation go out to start and truck won't start or move just offered too check it back out nor give a refund ultimately having to have it towed to another garage where it's been about a week at in the garage which will ultimately cost way more so already 2k out back on two different vehicles . The camaro was suppose be reprogrammed and tuned up to run to be reliable needless to say the car idles and drives terrible when pushing the gas to accelerate just wish this place was still run like it was before first team auto jacked there rates up of cost ultimately good fellas just have decided that we will try another garage from here on out but great quality and best tire place around very dissatisfied with how the last two vehicles have been poorly handled in a terrible time economically
